CMC Membership – Terms & Conditions




1. 

Membership Overview



  • The CMC Membership provides access to a range of exclusive benefits including unlimited Sunday sessions, 2 small group sessions per month, discounts on camps, early bookings, and monthly member rewards.
  • Membership is open to all players aged within the eligible coaching brackets as determined by Chris McKee Coaching.




2. 

Payments & Billing



  • The membership fee is €35 per month for the first child.
  • Families can join under the Family Kicks Plan, with additional children charged at €25/month each.
  • Payments are billed monthly and must be kept up to date to retain access to benefits.




3. 

Session Entitlements



  • Sunday sessions are unlimited as part of the membership, subject to availability.
  • Members receive 2 small group sessions per month. These do not roll over if unused.
  • Discounts on camps and events apply only while the membership is active.




4. 

Membership Items



  • Members will receive a personalised pair of CMC grip socks and a CMC Membership Card once enrolled.
  • These items are for personal use only and are non-transferable.




5. 

Discount Code Policy



  • Any discount codes provided as part of the CMC Membership (e.g. camp discounts) are for personal use only.
  • Sharing or distributing codes to others is strictly prohibited.
  • If a code is found to be misused or shared, it may result in immediate cancellation of the member’s account without refund.




6. 

Early Booking & Perks



  • Members will be given early access to book camps and special events before public release.
  • All members are entered into monthly prize draws for rewards such as free camp places or coaching gear.
  • A birthday surprise will be provided to each child during their birthday month.




7. 

Cancellations & Refunds



  • You may cancel your membership at any time by providing at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing cycle.
  • Missed sessions due to illness, absence or other reasons are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at the coach’s discretion where possible.






Important Booking Policy



  • Small Group Sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the session start time are non-refundable.
  • Football Camps cancelled within 72 hours of the camp start time are non-refundable.
